Returns & Refunds
At Wallmote, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be in good condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed after we receive and review the returned item.
Wallmote reserves the right to deny returns if we determine the policy is being misused.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed mounts. However, if your Wallmote arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or does not properly fit your remote, we’ll make it right.
You may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Photos may be required to verify the defect or damage before issuing a replacement.
