Returns & Refunds

At Wallmote, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be in good condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed after we receive and review the returned item.

  • Wallmote reserves the right to deny returns if we determine the policy is being misused.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed mounts. However, if your Wallmote arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or does not properly fit your remote, we’ll make it right.

  • You may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery.

  • To request a replacement, contact us here and provide details of the issue.

  • Photos may be required to verify the defect or damage before issuing a replacement.
